Not able to post comments on other blogger's post

When I am trying to post comment using Desktop, I am not able to post any comment on post of any other blogger. When I go to their post and trying to comment using comment icon, the comment box never shows up. It seems like comment box is not working. But when I use wordpress on mobile device, I can comment properly. Please tell me what to do.

Hello, there are a number of people reporting this issue, so it’s not just you and Staff have been alerted.
Are you trying to leave a comment from within the Reader or directly on someone’s site?
Do you receive an error message? If so, what is it?

Hi there,
This should be fixed now, though you might need to clear your browser cache before you’ll see the comment option in the Reader again.
Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
