Not able to post og change anything in wordpress

  I am not able to either post or change anything on wordpress..
  I get the following message when I check site health.
  ‘The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages’
  How can i fix this ASAP? Please help

  Is this for https://www.fitnessguide.no/?

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
