    I am not able to make the payment through my international VISA debit card. please let me know how can I do it and complete the proces

    Hi there, if your card is being declined it may be that your bank is preventing the transaction. We do accept major cards such as Visa and Mastercard:

    We occasionally find that card providers decline a purchase if the system flags it as a fraudulent transaction; the card provider may be automatically blocking this specific purchase in order to protect you.

    In that kind of situation, it’s best to contact your card provider (or bank) to check with them that the card is allowed to make this payment, and that this payment in particular isn’t being blocked.

    Hi Thanks for the quick response,

    Yes, I did check with my bank for the transaction since the card is an International Debit Card, they do allow these transactions and it is not been blocked by the bank servers.

    I am making this payment keeping the location as Australia which is of my business but my current location is India, would that be a red flag here?

    If not could you please email me a link where I can buy the E-Commerce plan.

    We are not blocking the purchase on our end of things. I’m afraid that your bank is the only one who can assist here.

    Your current location could be an issue if your bank is not aware that you are traveling.
