Not able to receive activation email

    Hello. I am not receiving the activation email and I have tried to resend it multiple times now. Was hoping to get some manual help with this?

    Hi there! I checked our email logs and it looks like the activation email has been sent to you around five times since you registered – are the emails not getting to your inbox or spam folder?

    If they aren’t, it could be worth checking with your email provider, in case they are filtering our activation emails at server level, before they even get to your mailbox.
