  Hi, I am not able to receive the email of confirmation in my inbox. Checked spam as well. The email just isn’t there.

  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.   Hi @gravartware, I can see your mail server accepted our emails, so I’m not sure why you aren’t getting them. Can you talk to your mail provider about that?

  In the meantime, I’ll email you from another account to see if that will help. Best!
