Not able to renew as it is expired couple days before

I can’t renew my domain. It is inspiredigitalmarketing.com
Please help. When I click on renew it always takes to the support page and nothing happens after that. Please help. Under my domains it shows the domain is expired and then it doesn’t allow me to upgrade there.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It is not giving me an option to renew this domain even though it is just 5 days overdue. I am still under grace period but there is no option for me to renew it. Please let me know what I can do to renew it asap.

Are you logged in as the owner of the domain name?
Is there another account you might have used to register the domain name?
Someone has flagged this for the staff to help, but they are a bit backed up at this point

It is resolved. I used a separate account to register this. I logged in through that account and able to renew it. Thanks everyone guys who helped me. really appreciate it.
