Not able to renew my domain mapping

  Hi there

  I was informed that my domain mapping expires yesterday, since I own the domain name and everything I simply wanted to renew the mapping (event I am pretty sure that usually with my wordpress plan a free Domain mapping is included) anyway, now this ain’t working. it always comes up with the message that some other user originally made the purchase. I now called up all the guys that did this job before I started but nobody knows about any other account then this one… can you please change the setting so we can purchase the mapping again? I own the .com domain and I own the wordpress precense.

  Hello gwebinfo!

  I found you got in contact with us other times about this situation. I checked your account and found you added the domain mapping upgrade for 2 domains: “custom-ised.ch” and “cutom-ised.ch”. Since you have the Premium plan, one of the mapping was free, the other one had a $13 charge.

  The domain mapping for “custom-ised.com” was bough using another account, it’s an admin at your site.

  Thanks for coming back to me. I already got in touch with tech-chat which told me about the other user. I already sorted that out, still I made a mistake with the cutom-ised.ch which is obviously spelled wrong :D the last supporter told me she’d remove the mapping, but as you writing now I suppose this didn’t happen. Could you remove the mapping for cutom-ised.ch since this ain’t a domain owned by us…
  also we’ll get back to you if we can’t change the ownership rights.

  gwebinfo, no problem, I issued a refund for the misspelled domain “cutom-ised.ch” and added the correctly one “custom-ised.ch” to your Premium plan. You can check the refund receipt at:
