I am not able to reproduce this message.
Does the issue continue if you try from a different internet connection? Like at work, home, school or a coffee shop?

I am able to publish, save my posts when opening my wordpress site from my mobile. But the issue continues if try from desktop/laptop even when tried from my colleague’s. http://www.readandupgrade.wordpress.com

Are you using the WordPress App on either of these devices? Please share which browser and version number you have tried.
Is your phone using the same wifi network as the computer at your work?
