Not Able to See Inactive Pages
-
Hello all!
I am unable to see unactive pages on my site. Where might these be located so I can edit them?

Please let us know what domain / URL you are working with so we can take a better look at this :)

The ones that aren’t showing on my dashboard are the tabs that don’t have anything linked to them.

Gotcha, thanks for the URL!
I pulled up the site and it appears that it is a WordPress.org self hosted site at Bluehost, verified in a WHOIS lookup. This is a WordPress.com forum so we will be limited in what we can assist with. The difference in WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org can be seen here:
Looking further into this the items you linked:

GalleriesAre top level navigation that as you mentioned do not have anything linked to them. This does not necessarily mean that they have to be pages, as navigation items can just be created without any linking so that they show on the site but do not go anywhere. You should be able to see these items by going to Appearance > Menus in your Dashboard then looking at your Primary Menu.
A walkthrough on custom navigation and how it works can be found here.
If you want something attached to each item you can either:
A) Go to the Menus area and link each item to somewhere, covered in the link above for custom navigation
B) Double check your Pages section for anything similar to it by doing a search, if nothing comes up you can then create a page or post for the respective areas and link it via the navigation option.
If you need more assistance you can reach out to Bluehost, and the WordPress.org support area is located here:

I hope this helps, good luck and Happy WordPressing! :)
