Not able to see my sites front end.

I set up a word press site with my hosting company by creating a sub domain with the account domain I have registered with them. I then uploaded a purchased theme in word press and registered it, and the admin panel works fine. I am able to create pages, posts, install plugins ect… but when I try and look at the front end the only page that is visible is the root blog page. When I click on a page I created it is showing up as an error. How can I see the front end of my site, and how did this happen?
