Not able to see purchases so that we can set the new Expiry Date on credit card info for renewal.

    We received an email to renew our Canada Post Shipping Method. I am now in the site but we cannot see the purchase or the credit card info like we used to be able to when we went directly into WooCommerce. I think (but am not sure) that possibly it is not showing up because our old user name was William(?) but the new one is highlandshoppe2017. I say this because the email not was directed to William. However, they both use the same email. We remembering ‘linking’ the WooCommerce info to WordPress but since that time we are not able to see any of our original information. We need help. We would love to give you our new credit card info but we need to see that it is being applied to the correct purchase. Please help. Thx.

    The account you’re using to post here own no sites and has never purchased an upgrade from WordPress.com. Of what site are you speaking?

    If you purchased an upgrade from WooCommerce.com, please contact their support as we cannot help with that here.

    And if this is regarding your hosting plan, please contact your hosting provider/domain registrar directly. We can only help with sites hosted on and upgrades purchased from WordPress.com in this forum. We cannot help with sites using the self-hosted WordPress.org software, nor with services purchased from other companies.

    In cases where a user doesn’t provide any site, please ask for that info before tagging the thread, as there’s not much we can do without that info :)

    We are not hosted by wordpress.com. We already contacted WooCommerce about this. However, I just notice that there was an update note and now that I have fixed the password to log in via wordpress.com I seem to be directed to a different location on their site. Thanks for getting back to me.

  • Just to clarify, are you still trying to reach WooCommerce support? I see they did reply to your ticket, but you sent it from a different email address than the one connected to your WordPress.com/WooCommerce.com account. If you didn’t receive that reply the email address might be the reason.

    Please submit a new ticket in that case, as it sounds like you managed to now link this WordPress.com account to WooCommerce.
