  i am using Pictorico theme and i am not able to see thumbnails of the added videos. please help.

  Hi there. Can you see the video on single-post views, i.e. when you click on a post to see it in its own screen?

  Yes, I can. But the thumbs doesn’t show neither on the blog nor in the places where share them.

  HI there, the posts where you’re not seeing an image on the blog grid seem to be missing a featured image – you’ll need to upload a featured image for each of those posts.

  Let me know how it goes.
