Not able to set up website

    I have tried to set up my website on WordPress. Once I inputted the card details to pay for premium plan, a notification popped up on my screen stating that the transaction has declined. So I tried this again, as the first time my card was not activated. The second time I tried this, the same error message popped up to state that the second transaction had also declined. I have checked my bank account, the payment has been taken, however I am still on the free plan and it keeps asking me to upgrade my plan to premium. Also, the domain which came with the plan http://www.simplysocialengland.co.uk has not been transferred over.
    Can somebody please help me with this as soon as possible?

  • Hi Nausheen, on our side it’s saying the payments were attempted but not taken. Can you double check with your bank to confirm? They can likely tell you why it’s being stopped, too.

    The domain transfer process can be initiated after the purchase goes through.
