not able to sigh in

Yesterday I signed up and payed for a premium account to build a website. By accident I have entered the wrong email address. A confirming email is send to this address, for me to click on and confrm I am me. Sadly, I have never received the email, therefore I can not confirm it. Now I have paid for a domain name and a website that I , due to my own fault, can not enter.
I have tried the support option yesterday, but up till now I have not received any reply or help from anyone.
Either be so kind to give me my money back, or help me with resolving my stupid mistake.Regards,
