Not able to sign in

I am having a lot of trouble signing in because it keeps telling me that the email I’m using is not correct but it is. It clearly states my email on my account but I cannot sign in. I have to go through Bluehost. What do I need to do?

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. That password is stored directly in your site database on your hosting provider’s servers and we don’t have any access there to help you reset it – your WordPress.com account credentials are something completely separate from the login details for your site itself.
