I am not able to sign in . I changed the password twice already to see if it works , but Nothing.

As I try to sign in , after I do the recaptcha, it keeps saying captcha verification failed , but the check mark was green before I pushed enter. Please let me know if there is a customer service phone number I can call. Thanks so much! -
