Not able to transfer domain

  The instructions on this page (http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/) tell me there will be a drop down box where I can select “Transfer ownership to another registrar”. I don’t see that option. I see no option to “cancel private registration”.

  All I see is “manage domain subscriptions” and “Edit DNS”.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve been at this for 4 hours with no luck on transferring my domain name. Please help.
