Not able to unsubscribe my plan

    My money got deducted for the yearly plan. When checked to unsubscribe my plan , I was not able to see any plan or card details. I did like to unsubscribe from the current plan.

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.
