Not able to update; no content on admin pages
-
My WordPress blog is visible when I type in the address, and when I press the (Write) button, the page asks me to “select a site to start writing,” but when I click the down arrow to select a site, my site (I only have one) does not load; it just says “loading your sites” forever. When I go to support page I see only light grayish, pulsating boxes where content is supposed to appear, and there is not a way to access their chat service or anything else–when I click on the (?) to get help, again the light grayish boxes appear where content is supposed to be there to click on. My research on the Internet says I may have a problem with plug-ins or my theme, but I haven’t added any plug-ins or changed my theme since August 2016 when I created the blog. My account is paid up (renewed in August), but I have not posted since August. When I go to support and ask the for WP to verify my site, the little “working on it” circle just goes around and around forever. There is no way to contact WP except through the site. Please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
