not able to upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my account from a free to a paid plan but after punching the credit card information it shows that the transaction was declined.
I am using a card in my family member’s name. Is that an issue?
Looking for assistance.

Hey there @varunakhullar , welcome! Everything on this side seems okay so far. If the card is declining for no known reason, can you contact the card company to see if they’re blocking it for some reason? Sometimes card companies will randomly flag online purchases, for example, and they’d just need to allow it to go through.
