Not able to upgrade free plan to premium

I’m trying to upgrade my free plan (Got with Go-daddy hosting-One click installation) to Premium plan, in the purchase section I entered all field like Name, card number, Expire date, CVV of my Visa Debit card, after submitting one dialogue box pop up and displays “Please correct the issue below and try again. The transaction was declined. Please try another card”
I thought it’s (My Visa) card problem, again I used my friend card Brother card all are Visa only but same problem coming. Please Help meThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If your site is with GoDaddy, that’s a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and not a WordPress.com site.

After trying upgrade, payment options, I got “Alert” message from bank which states that “You have done more than 7 successful transaction within 30 min, for your concern please block debit card”. Why successful transaction what does that indicates. Actually I used mom’s debit bcz mine Rupee debit, she is not happy with that message, I know about WordPress and it’s security but mom is mom can’t explain. Tell me is any other payment options like PayPal, I didn’t seen any PayPal option while transaction, may be because in India PayPal option won’t get. I’m tired I can’t switch to other website builder I like WordPress. Need help guy’s don’t be lack with service, I’m just an example… No customer care number !!!? Looking forward WordPress team. -

Your account shows a Jetpack Premium plan bought for ₹690. That is the only purchase that shows in your account, and we haven’t charged you for anything else. If there are other transactions going through on your card, they’re not coming from us.

There is no possible way you can know that without access to our systems. Just because the domain doesn’t load a WordPress.com site it doesn’t mean it is not connected to our systems in some way.

Thanks for all your support. I got the answer my own, I used Credit Card instead of debit card, it’s done like cutting a peace of a cake, in a one shot. I think in India doing transaction from debit card also not possible. Guys really we need options. After upgrading support team is we aggressive I love that. Thanks for all.

And kokkieh don’t you think you are 2 days late to reply my Query. In that period what I done for upgrading I only know. You could be lil early.
