Not able to upgrade my account

  Every time I enter my credit card details to upgrade my account from a free account is does not accept payment. I have tried other credit cards but with no luck. Does it matter what county I am in (Australia)? I cant see why not but maybe there is something I am missing in the T/C’s?

  Sorry, nothing worked, still says “This transaction cannot be processed”

  What card(s) have you tried using? Please do not share the details of the cards, this is a public forum, just the type of card.

  I have tried a marstercard and a visa card, both with plenty of credit

  Were you able to work through the browser issues support doc? Perhaps you are experiencing an issue with your web browser. Try clearing your browser cache with these instructions:

  I did try the browser clearing and even tried using other browser with no luck.

  I have yet to try PalPay but still am disappointed and confused as to why a Credit Card payment can not be made?
