Not able to upgrade to business

  Hello!
  I attempted to upgrade my WordPress plan to Business over the weekend as I was offered a 30% discount, however all my attempts failed. I tried multiple credit and debit cards that work anywhere else, but I got the message that upgrading failed (with an error code I can’t recall now). I even tried Google Pay, but that failed as well. How can I solve this?

  Hi there!

  Sorry to hear that you were having trouble paying. Could you please contact your card issuer/bank to see if they are blocking the payments for any security reasons? If you have a different card, please try that as well to see if it works.
