Not able to upload images

Hi, we are no longer able to upload images to any of our posts. It saves not enough space available. This is after we have resized the images to smallest possible size and even tried deleting a couple of previous images. Please help us out. It’s very urgent. Thank you.

    Hi there!

You’re using 3.2 GB of media on the legacy Free plan, which only provides 3 GB of media storage. Deleting files that are not in use on your site is one way to do this, but you’d have to keep deleting files over time.

Since your site’s focus is art, you will have image-heavy content and it’s best to add more storage to your site so you don’t have to keep doing this in the future.

To add more storage, you would need to upgrade to one of our paid plans which will at least double your current media storage.

    • WordPress.com Personal includes 6 GB of storage.
    • WordPress.com Premium includes 13 GB of storage.
    • WordPress.com Business and Ecommerce include 200 GB of storage.

You can always start with the Personal plan and upgrade further if you need more storage down the road.

I hope that clarifies things! Let us know if you have any other questions. :)
