NOt able to upload images for custom header despite trying numerous times

  I have tried several themes that have custom headers theme option yet none have worked. Is there a setting that I must have on before the custom header option will work: I am trying to upload a photo of myself as the header image.

  Appreciate any help.

  What is the format of the image you’re trying to upload, and do you see any errors when uploading it?
