  I am not able to upload my theme. Is there anything I need to do from my end. I have checked your videos and articles on the same but no soultion found

  You can activate a free of Premium theme from the WordPress.com Themes showcase but any other theme you find/buy elsewhere on the Interweb is designed for the WordPress.org software and can only be used here at WordPress.com if you upgrade to the Business plan:
