Not able to upload templates

    i am unable to upload templates in word press getting this error

    Tried all the steps removing plugins re installing elementor still not working

    What is the address of the site you are referring to?

    It sounds like your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open-source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. If this is the case, we’ll be unable to help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    I would suggest contacting support for the Elementor plugin directly for help with this, as it appears you’re using them for your site’s design.
