  Hi All
  can you please help me to upload my own theme i’m not getting proceed button enabled for me

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot upload a theme if you’re on the Free Plan. Therefor you need at least a Business Plan, https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
