  Hi there, is this still an issue for you? I see that your site is on the Creator plan and it looks like it is using a 3rd party custom theme.

  Like Jen mentioned above, your site appears to have a custom theme already installed and active. Were you trying to upload a different theme?

  I also wanted to let you know that when you’re ready with your site, you can register a new domain or use an existing one with or without transferring it to WordPress.com. Check out the links below to learn more about the process. :)

  • Register a new domain
  • Transfer an existing domain to WordPress.com
  • Connect a domain without transferring it to WordPress.com

  Finally, set your domain as the primary address after it’s configured and pointing to WordPress.com.
