    We’re WordPress.com, a different hosting company that provides fully managed hosting. Our custom server environment is optimized for WordPress and provides built-in security and performance improvements and in-house support for site questions.

    You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.
