    Hi there,
Can you please explain how you fixed the problem? Mine is doing the same thing!

    Thanks in advance

    Good morning!
Your site is hosted somewhere besides WordPress.COM. This brings up a few things. The help available here is intended for folks whose blogs are hosted at WordPress. There is a whole other forum meant for the good people such as yourself whose blogs and pages live elsewhere. Here is the address:
    https://en.forums.wordpress.ORG

There are several differences depending on who does the hosting, many of which are covered here:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Now that all that is said, the Admins at your ISP (Internet Service Provider – where your site is hosted) should be able to help you with this. The error is telling you there is a file missing from their installation.

    Good luck!
    dave
