not able to verify domain email

  I was too late in verifying the email associated with my domain and my website is down and my domain is listed as suspended in WordPress. My email is shut down as well. I have gone through the steps of updating the email address associated with my domain in my WP dashboard to one that I can access, and was told that WP will send the confirmation emails to both the original email address (which I cannot access) and the new email address and will get confirmed when both addresses confirm the email. Which isn’t possible since I cannot access my original email. Then I got an error message saying they were unable to update the WHOIS details. I would be grateful for any help anyone can give me since I’m at a dead end and have no idea what to do
