Please share any error message that you are receiving. More details will help us figure out the issue. I’d also suggest informing your bank that this is not a fraudulent charge. Typically it’s the bank thinking it is fraud that will make a payment fail.
Write back to us here with an update. If needed we can email you a payment form and add the plan manually to your account.
