  I made a website earlier on wordpress naming shopwrap.online but I cannot access it today as administrator

  I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. You may need to reach out to your host for help.
