Hello again,
Do you see a button on the top left of the website that says My Site(s)? Click that and see if it takes you to your sites admin dashboard. If not, then you probably used a different account to create and edit the site. I will flag this post so a staff member sees it and is perhaps able to provide more details.

Hi Ive tried doing this and its not working. I have emailed more than once to get it sorted and this is the first response I recieved back. Please could you try to help me sort this out as soon as possible?
Im unable to get on with my work so a little frustrating as the service im paying for isnt too great.

I checked your history and it seems you have emailed several times and people have responded — can you check your email system to be sure the responses aren’t being sent to spam?
Also, journey-of-healing.com is under a different account. Please make a comment on the site, then when you get the email notification, log out and log back in using the email address that was sent to.
