Suddenly my media library shows gray folders with only a few photos showing up. What might have caused this?

Can you give us a link to one of the images that is not showing up? There was an issue with galleries last week; this might be related but we’ll have to see the images to know.

That sounds like a loading issue. It takes much longer for the library to load in the default grid view. Try switching over to list view, particularly if you have a lot of images in the library. Grid view is set on infinite scroll. List view displays only 20 at a time.

Okay I have noticed this is in relation to images for headers. I cannot seem to upload any images now for headers and only see these gray folders. Is there a problem with headers?
Likewise when I upload a new header it’s always too big to resize, no matter how much I reduce the size.
