Not all of my custom menu items will display.

  I have a custom menu with (presently) six items. Item 1 is a Page, “About.” Items 2-5 are the Categories “Alabama,” “Florida,” “Georgia” and “Tennessee.” Item 6 is a Page, “Barbecue.” They are all lined up in (I believe) order – none are “sub-menus” of the others.

  Only the four category pages are appearing in my header. “About” and “Barbecue” are missing. I have checked (under screen options) both Pages and Categories and “Automatically add top-level Pages.” How can I get all six items – and the two or three that I’ll be adding as I continue migrating my old posts – to appear as my header? Many thanks.

  It seemed that ‘About’ and ‘Barbecue’ weren’t part of your custom menu. I’ve added them to your menu. You can re-order the menu items over here.
