Not all subscribers showing up

    I have had a few people tell me they have signed up for and are receiving email posts from my blog via the email subscriptions feature, however not all of these people are showing up on my subscriptions page. I know they are receiving the emails because I have had them forward them to me. Any ideas why not all my subscribers are showing up in my site stats? Thanks.

    Blog administrators can see how many people are subscribed to their blog from the Site Stats page. Clicking on the active number will show you the users who have subscribed with our Subscription feature in the admin bar. Clicking on “Email Subscribers” from this page will show the email addresses of all email subscribers, along with a link to download this as CSV. http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscriptions/#subscription-statistics

    If you are sure there are subscribers that are not being displayed there you can contact Staff with all the details. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
