Not all theme options showing

  Hi, I was using this theme on a free wordpress.com site and really like it. But I need to change hosts and have exported data to new site (also a free site, with Wealthy Affiliate). I’ve set up the theme but there are two customize options that don’t appear on the new free site, yet I had them on the wordpress free site. In ‘design/customize’ the menu included the options ‘Fonts’ and ‘Featured Content’. I really want the ability to change font colour to red and have the home page show excerpts only. Can you please help.
