  When I use WordPress.com the bad advertising (not allowed) appears in nearest window.
  for example http://www.24option.com

  Why would that be banned? Where exactly are the ads appearing on your blog? Do you have the No Ads upgrade? Do they have “About these ads” on them? If not, you have a browser malware problem and you need to disable and remove the extension that is responsible for it.
