Not allowed to disable all plugins

  I am using a theme for my website but the instant messaging does not work.
  The Theme customer support told me to disable all plugins in WordPress because the issue is not on their end,
  I tried but I cannot disable all the plugins

  Hi @passpass1902, could you send a link to the affected site? To use plugins on our services, you’d need to have an active Business Plan. It looks like you had one at some point but do not anymore.

  Can you go ahead and re-add that upgrade, then if you still need help, reach out to support here?
