Not Allowed to our admin site

    I requested a change yesterday and ever since, I am told I ‘Do not have access to this site’ when I try to go to my admin page. When I’m logged into wordpress, it says I have no websites currently, but I was working on it yesterday. Please help!

    You created this new WordPress.com account less than 24 hours ago. What is the full URL of the site you are trying to reach? Is it actually hosted here or should you be logging in to it directly at some other host?

    Hi there,

    Did you perhaps change the domain setting under Settings ->General in the WP-Admin dashboard?

    If that’s what you did, you have a stand-alone WordPress site at another hosting provider.

    Changing the domain on a stand-alone WordPress site like that has to follow a specific process. You can find the documentation for that process here.

    However, many hosting providers have their own process for this. So depending on your setup, you might be able to fix this yourself using those instructions. If not, please contact your hosting provider directly for help.
