  I have this message on my dashboard that im not allowed to post more posts until ive contacted the adm. I so did yesterday and its been over a day with no respons, is there anyone here who can speed up the process?

  No, you will just have to wait to hear from them. You will get an email, so be sure to check your email spam file as well; sometimes they go there instead of the inbox.
