Not allowed to post support inquiries in forum

  Hi, twice I have tried to post a support inquiry in the Support Forum, but when I press the submit button, I reach a confirmation page that says “Topic Closed. This topic has been closed to new replies” and my inquiry is not showing at all. This must be something that happens automatically. Am I not allowed to post support inquiries?

  When I tried to notify in another support forum about this problem, I got the same problem!
