Not allowing access to global dashboard.
-
Hello, I am setup as an admin on my wordpress.com blog and am trying to (re)authorize FB (which was working before but is not working any more??). I keep getting this error: ”Error Accessing Dashboard. You are logged in as “aschell” and do not not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Global Dashboard”. Please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.”
Help please!

Hi there,
Could you walk me through the exact steps you’re taking, and let me know where exactly this error message appears?
Feel free to send us a link to a screenshot:

Well – it seems to have resolved its self. ??? I posted something after I sent this request, and it did post to my facebook page.
The error message was appearing when I clicked the link in a new post on the right where it says “authorize connection to facebook.” When I went into a new post to get a screenshot for you just now, it was connected to facebook, and the link I clicked that got me to the error message was gone.
So I guess it’s fixed?

I’m glad to hear it’s working now. :-)
