Not allowing any addition of new blogs

  I been trying to post a blog every three days or so, but however I have been only allowed to post one. This problem seems very persistent and I am having problem just to perform this simple task. I have activated the account and still it stays light blue soon as I try to press ‘publish’ any help?

  You may have a connectivity issue or a browser related issue.

  If you are not successful please provide this specific info:
  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/
