Not allowing me to cancel my domain

  Hi,

  It’s not giving me the option to cancel my domain which I purchased a little over an hour ago. I’m wanting to cancel this one within the window period and receive the refund to purchase another domain name within wordpress.

  ” Click the gear icon next to the domain you wish to cancel, and click Cancel.” ← it’s not giving me this option.

  PLEASE HELP ASAP

  Actually, I’ve just realized that I was billed even though by the time I wanted to register the domain it said it already existed, it’s that fee i’d like refunded so I can purchase another domain

  I went ahead and purchased the one I wanted in the meantime and how awesome!? WordPress sorted everything out for me and I wasn’t double billed. Thank you SO much!
