Not allowing me to purchase the premium plan

  I’m on the free plan as of right now and I am attempting to upgrade to the premium plan right now and it is not allowing me. No option is coming up.

  Hi there,

  This is because your site is not actually on the free plan. Your site at dearthepearlperspective.wordpress.com used to be on our Business Plan and using plugins, but it was never properly downgraded to the free plan, as you filed a chargeback on the last renewal payment instead of contacting us for help refunding that payment and cancelling the plan.

  To properly downgrade your site to the free plan, we’ll need to revert the site to how it was before you first installed any plugins. This process can cause any content you added to the site since then to be lost, so I’ll need your confirmation before we can start this process.
