Not allowing me to upgrade my plan

Hey,
Want to upgrade from free to another plan but it’s not allowing me?? I’ve recently refunded from a business plan and need a smaller plan.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank-you! I had purchased a domain and a business plan but I refunded everything but I now want to run with a premium plan with the same domain?!?

Hi @theqsjourney, downgrades from the business plan aren’t as simple once you’ve added custom themes and plugins, because the other plans don’t support those.
Is it OK if we revert your site to the state it was in before you added those? You would lose the blog post you wrote, so you’ll want to get a backup first.
Also, I noticed you cancelled your .com domain. Did you really want to get rid of that permanently, or do you plan on using it with the new site?
For the moment, I’ve re-added your business plan and its domain so that we can get things sorted out, then we’ll help you get the correct plan.

Because I wasn’t sure if I was going to get a response I created another blog called theqsjourney.blog and I have upgraded it with a premium plan so I think that will do for now as I don’t want to mess around with the old one any longer. The new blog website was made with the same account though so would it be possible to somehow transfer that domain to my new blog website or not?

They’re both under this account but with separate sites. No worries.
Do you want me to move the .com domain to the new site?

Preferably just keep the .com one instead of the .blog one as I don’t want to pay for two separate domains please!
