Not allowing me to use a theme – design

  It keeps saying that I am not allowed to change the theme and to contact support – does anyone know why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @barbaradevine, your site was on a Business Plan, but that expired. Do you want to go ahead and renew that? If so, head here:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  and add the plan again. If not, you won’t be able to change much on the site until it’s downgraded properly. Let us know what you have in mind.
